WW Wood, Inc. now has a full line of aromatic smoking chips beginning with these Southwest favorites, Mesquite and Hickory.  Our Western(R) Smokin Chips are a great addition to anything you can put on the grill.

Cooking Instructions:

  • For gas grills:  Place two large handfuls of dry chips on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold into a flat pouch.
  • Puncture the top of the pouch in several places and place on cooking grid over heat.
  • Start cooking when the chip pouch starts smoking.  Remember - it's the smoke that delivers the flavor!  You won't get that real smoke house flavor 'til the chips start to smoke.
  • For charcoal grills, place the pouch on cooking grid over hot coals.

The market for Western(R) Smokin Chips is growing every day.  The majority of the approximately 60 million gas grill owners in the United States do not yet know they can cook with real wood flavor.
